Highly recommended birdingPosted on Hrishikesh RaoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A Sri Lanka birding trip that delivered 100% on the promise. Shakti is an extrordinary organizer and birding guide. His team is top notch. The arrangements and schedule was just perfect. If you are on a lookout for a Birding trip, look no further. You are home!Posted on Amrish BidayeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very nicely arranged tour. They arranged accommodation which was decent, clean and had tasty food. Shakti is a good guide and made utmost efforts to get us to see most of the species we were after. Mainly he is considerate towards the birds and tries not to disturb them too much which does happen in birding.Posted on Rudranil SarkarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brilliant experience with the team. Made us feel comfortable with great accomodation, excellent guide and support as needed across different locations. Will definitely go back for covering rest of the endemics.Posted on Sunita de SousaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent birding with Shakti. I managed to see many of the endemics despite the rainy weather: Andaman drongo, bulbul, green pigeon. Also saw the white headed starling & white bellied sea eagle . Shakti isa very pleasant person & takes great trouble to spot & show you birds!Posted on Aseem BorkarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have done 3 birding trips so far with Shaktivel. The first was to South and Little Andaman Islands, the second to Dehing Patkai and third to Mishmi hills. We got a lot of great sightings and memories on all these trips. Shakti is great at organising and planning these tours and puts in a genuine effort to make sure that everyone in the group is able to get good sightings of birds on the trips, not to mention his excellebt birding skills and extensive knowledge. I would also like to appreciate the guidance and spotting skills of the local naturalists Mr Palas Phukan at Dehing Patkai and Mr Ravi Mekola at Mishmi hills. Both are well versed with their respective regions and are expert birders often recognising birds at a disrance from fleeting calls. All three of them are very patient, well mannered and courteous and i look forward to do more birding trips with them in future.Posted on Vijayalaxmi RaoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Awesome birding experience with Tribesmen- Shakti, Prodip sarder and Franklin in Andaman. When asked Shakti for birding without playback, he accepted my request. I never expected to see all the endemic birds. But he took extra efforts to show all the endemic birds and did help me to take nice photos too. Food and stay was excellent. Very punctual. Thank you very much for the rich experience of Andaman birding without playback. It will be in my memory always.Google rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 152 reviews
